Formerly belonging to the Grand Launay château, the gite is a traditional longhouse, and one of a group of three buildings which include the owners’ house and the bed-and-breakfast rooms, and the barn with its communal ping pong room available for use by all visitors.

The gite contains, on the ground floor, a kitchen and living area (with fireplace, armchairs, TV, telephone, microwave cooker, dishwasher, etc.), a back kitchen (with washing machine, drier, and fridge-freezer), one bedroom (with queen-size bed), a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets. The upstairs floor has the second bedroom (with a queen-size bed and a single bed), and the third and fourth bedrooms (with a connecting door, and each with a queen-size bed).

Also available: cot, central heating if needed (supplement of 7€ to 13€ per day).

The gite comes with a private outdoor area of 1000 sq.m. (with garden furniture and barbecue).

Rental prices include bed linen and logs for the wood-burning fire.
